Got an email saying your website is running out of space?
With FTP go to: /public_html/administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup
And delete all .Zip files and/or .jpa files.
This happens when the backup failes to migrate to Amazon which means storage doubles on the domain and it can’t make any more backups cos there is no more room.
Simples.
